FAQs

Common questions

Can’t see your question here? Call us on 01539 564477 and we’ll be happy to help.

Can you work outside normal business hours?

Yes. For shops, offices and hospitality we regularly work early mornings, evenings or weekends so that your business can keep trading while the work is done.

How much can an LED lighting upgrade save?

It depends on your existing fittings and how long the lights are on, but replacing fluorescent or halogen lighting with LED typically uses a fraction of the energy. We can look at your current lighting and give you an honest view of the likely savings before you commit.

Do you provide the certificates our insurer needs?

Yes. Every installation is tested and certified, and we can carry out the periodic inspections (EICRs) and emergency lighting tests that insurers and fire risk assessments usually ask for.
