For homeowners & landlords
Domestic electrical work, done properly
From a single new socket to a full rewire, every job in your home is designed, installed and tested to BS 7671 and certified when it’s finished.
Your home’s electrics are something you should never have to think about. We make sure of that by planning the work with you, keeping the disruption to a minimum, leaving the house as tidy as we found it, and handing over the right certificate at the end.
With over 25 years’ experience in the trade, we’ve worked on everything from Lakeland stone cottages to new-build estates, and we understand the particular challenges of older properties.

Common questions
Can’t see your question here? Call us on 01539 564477 and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I know if my house needs rewiring?
Warning signs include an old fuse box with rewireable fuses, rubber or fabric-covered cables, scorch marks on sockets, frequent tripping, and no RCD protection. An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) will tell you exactly what condition the wiring is in and whether a rewire is needed.
What is Part P and why does it matter?
Part P of the Building Regulations covers electrical safety in homes in England. Certain work, such as new circuits, consumer unit replacements and work in bathrooms, must be notified to building control. When we carry out notifiable work, we handle the notification and you receive the certificate.
Can I stay in my home during a rewire?
Usually, yes. We plan rewires so that you keep power in parts of the house each day wherever possible, and we’ll talk you through the programme before we start.
