When something goes wrong with your electrics, you need someone experienced who picks up the phone. Day or night, call us on 01539 564477 or our emergency mobile, 07867 864724.

Electrical faults rarely happen at a convenient time. Our emergency service covers homes and businesses around the clock, so you’re not left without power, or with something unsafe, until the morning.

We’ll find the fault, make it safe, and wherever possible fix it there and then. If a further repair is needed, we’ll explain what and why before arranging it with you.

FAQs

Common questions

Can’t see your question here? Call us on 01539 564477 and we’ll be happy to help.

What should I do while I wait for an electrician?

If you can do so safely, switch off the main switch at your consumer unit. Don’t touch anything that is wet, hot, sparking or damaged. If there is a fire, or you smell gas, leave the property and call 999. If your power cut affects your whole street, contact your network operator on 105.

Why does my electricity keep tripping?

A circuit that trips is doing its job: it has detected a fault, an overload or leakage to earth. Common causes are a faulty appliance, water ingress or damaged cabling. Try unplugging appliances on that circuit and resetting it; if it still trips, call us and we’ll trace the cause.
